When viewing this Americans will likely feel great sadness over those lost and extreme pride in our accomplishments since September 11, 2001. Those were my emotions.

Dear bertloomis,
Please do not misconstrue the following suggestion as being hostile to you in any way nor that it is merely the result of some curmudgeon rasping because he has nothing better to do. I do appreciate the sentiment of what you're conveying in terms of this series of photographs of the "new" WTC Complex. Certainly, that the written language accompanying this series is Spanish is no problem whatsoever, as the main focus is on the pictures themselves.
What bothers me is that aside from your Post's title and your expressed sentiment, you provide no description as to what your fellow members will find when they click on the
download soft key. Is there a technical reason why you couldn't simply state the URL explicitly? If not, I suggest that you not employ this method? Perhaps it's just me, but it feels like pressing the button on a mysterious black box. :-) 8-)
I had no URL to post. The file was sent to me by my pen pal in Argentina. I thought it was really nice so I made it available to everyone here.

Thank you for replying. Understand, please, that I'm not scolding you (as I'm certainly no computer expert,) but even though you got it from a friend, and it appears "benign" to me, I can't help but wonder there could be some sort of computer virus, worm, etc. hidden within, hence my "mystery black box" analogy. Others on the Hog may know better than I, but in the meantime, my suggestion to you is to not employ a black box, even if it means that you're unable to share it with other people. Consider my perspective as being akin to concern for who unwittingly passes on an STD.

OK, but I'd like to hear some more opinions on this topic, so UHHers, please sound off!
Very nice. Would have been nice if you mentioned it was a powerpoint file, but that doesn't really bother me. I would have rather seen each picture posted though instead of downloading. Thank you for sharing this.

Well, bert! I remained silent deliberately. One more Hog "sounded off." I don't know if the reason for the paucity of responses was due to the Topic or the way you posted it, but I'd consider using a URL that's explicit next time. Cheers.
