The issue at hand is that the police are scared.
They don't know how to fight. If it was mandated that
they got 6 months of Federal mandated marshal arts grappling
training I dare say these incidents would go down.

I was speaking with a friend of mine who grew up in Compton.
Which is patrolled by LA County Sheriffs.
He told a story of a white deputy that patrolled the neighborhood. They rode solo in then and maybe still do. He explained how one guy in the area shouted out a profanity at the officer. The cop turned around got out the car and straight up said u wanna fight. The guy said ok. So he called a couple of his guys they went behind the liquor store blocked off the area. His partners had their shotguns out to keep things cool. The cop took off his badge and gun and he proceeded to beat that guys ass. So u tell me is shooting always necessary
I just gave u a true even. Face it while you should treat officers with respect. Some of these cops are sorry ladies more pussies than racist.

We have a problem in America that nobody wants to address because it is A.) politically incorrect and B.) nobody really has a solution. The problem is culture. Many people in poor urban areas grow up in a culture where they are taught that nothing is their fault or responsibility, that violence is not only acceptable but an honorable method of dealing with problems, that police are always the bad guys and crime is okay as long as you are making money at it.
