I'll be out soon to capture the Trillium. It's a delicate and fragile specimen which thrives in the early damp months of the year-- typically February-March here in the PNW.
Thanks, Allen. We won't see the trilliums until mid-May here. We have 7 different species. So I see you are stuck with the Oregon grape blossom as the state flower. We have two in Michigan. The apple blossom is the state flower, and the Dwarf Lake Iris is the state wildflower.
