Plymouth Immigrant Memorial dedicated to all those who came to Plymouth after the Pilgrims.

This is very striking, John! Great idea for b&w and I like the perspective very much. The strong light adds to the impact.
Thank you very much, Linda. I tend to go back to favorite areas on my daily walks with my camera. As a result, I often photograph the same subject with different lighting, composition, etc. This recent shot of the memorial with moody lightng in B&W is my favorite so far. I'm glad you liked it.

Linda, my comment right below yours is directed to you. I hit the wrong button.
Very nice John, well composed. I'd love to see this in person someday. I just love Colonial History.

Thank you, James. The history is a big part of why I enjoy living in New England so much. There are so many great places to take pictures. You and I are both fortunate to live in an interesting area.
  Nice capture and PP.

Outstanding image, John! Glad to see you back at it again! This one's really beautiful! Tactile, grabs you and doesn't let go. Well done, top to bottom!

Thank you for your kind words, Randy. I appreciate it. I've lost a great deal of mobility so my photo excursions are confined to short walks locally. I still catch an occasional keeper but not too often. A big day for me now is viewing your latest portrait of Madame P then taking a nap from the excitement. :D
