When I select browse, then go to my photo and select the photo, nothing shows up in the file section.

After you select the file and it returns to the page, does it say "No File Chosen" to the right of the Choose File button?

It doesn't do anything.After I hit Browse, I am directed to the photos. When I select a photo and hit "open", although the file is in the open box, I can't get it into the File/picture attachment configuration.

Found out that I have a defective hard drive and motherboard. Just might have something to do with my problem.
