Finally got a shot on this Camera shy Hawk

This little guy has been eluding me for months. Here is West Texas there isn't much sometimes to hide behind. Every time I get close this Hawk it takes off. We had a front coming in this morning and he was fairly stationary for a few seconds. I had to get the shot quickly out the window of my pickup because he would fly to another telephone pole. I hated to mess his breakfast up but I didn't see any Prairie Dogs or Rabbits out and about.
