Looks like pure Street Photography to me. I wouldn't change a thing! That's just a very nice shot.

Your squared-up in-your-face street art is so intriguing. While they are deceptively simple, there are so many surprises and nuances for someone who'll spend a minute or two looking closer. Just for starters you have sneaked us not one but two naked ladies. Almost no one wears their own face except the lady in the painting and the mechanical dog. And what is the man looking at/doing? All of it in superb black and white detail with balance everywhere. Your work always makes me smile.

Thanks John, It's a fun place to photograph - the town, I mean.
Have gotten a couple other decent images from it.

Thanks, Judy. It's always a pleasure to read your take on any photograph. But especially mine. I think we think more alike than not when it comes to making pictures.

Thanks, Tom. I must admit that it's quite busy. Meant to be seen in a larger size: 40" on the long side. 50" with frame and matting.

Thanks for you comments. Much appreciated.

I'm especially intrigued by the brick base supporting the buildings. Is that common on Mary Street or was the building moved? I also noticed the hanging chandelier seems askew and wonder if the image was leveled to suit the horizon of the building's exterior. Otherwise it's a charming image and reminds me of a Where's Waldo with a visual feast for the eyes! S-

I plotted the location in Google Maps and looked at the location in Street View. Call this a Before and After if you like, but I call it genius! S-
