I agree - what is ZEP? Really liked all the photos but especially the blue jay, the first ornament, the squirrel (do you suppose it's a female and she's pregnant,) and the last ornament. Very nice work.

Zep is fried dough. for people who like fish, roll the dough in a ball and put anchovies in the middle...tastes fantastic!

Thanks for the comments DragonsLady. Read my comment above about the zep. I'm the only one in my family who likes fish, the anchovies in the dough are a real treat.

A few restaurant's in my area have the fried dough as appetizers but I have yet to see one with anchovies.
