Looking for a RF wireless flash for my A6000 that has TTL, high speed synch, and will also work on hot shoe.

I'd like to be able to use the flash (and trigger) on my D800 too.

Doubt you'll find anything that does what you want for both cameras.

Any ideas for just the A6000?

I have been shooting with the A6000 for over a year. The catch about using non-Sony flashes on this camera is that the way the contacts are arranged on the hot shoe on the camera.
Here is a vid from You Tube the addresses some of the problems that you have getting a Canon and a Nikon flash to fire on the A6000.

If you can follow the vid and make your flash work you should be able to purchase an off camera trigger, i.e. Pocket Wizard, or Younguno Trigger to allow you to fire you flash off camera

Honestly there's not enough information for me to make a specific recommendation. If you have to have RF, take a look at the Nissin Air 1 system. You might be able to get triggers for both Sony and Nikon.
