These were part of a 'grab-bag' of assorted minerals I purchased on eBay some years ago, but never really looked at. They came with a list of possible inclusions, but of course, no specific id on any particular one.
Some of them are obvious, as you will see, but some of them, not so much. I have made a best guess.
Again, I am posting 2 shots of each. One in natural light, the other is a stack with flash assistance.
There are a couple more of these, but I will post them later.
Dalmation - dark spots on light grey Quartzite, natural light

Dalmation stack. I think you will agree that this id is pretty safe!

Howlite stone, natural light. This one is a bit of a guess...

Red Jasper, natural light. A pretty safe guess here, I think.

Aventurine, natural light. Total guess, based purely on the colour

Another beautiful assortment, Phil. The lighting makes quite a difference.

Excellent work, Phil. The Dalmatian is aptly named. Well done. :-D :-D

I don't think these are fluorescent. I have never really started collecting those, because I didn't have a black light. Bit of a vicious circle there, I suppose. Maybe one day...
