I'm Nikon_buddy on Instagram and @Nikon_buddy on Twitter. Access to my photos is through my website: https://www.bobbennett.net/. I just added a new page "Bob's Awards" to recap the success I've had in competition so far. On the Bob's Photos page, the photos are linked to Nikon Image Space and the movies are linked to Dropbox. I only got serious about photography after my retirement in 2013 so I still have a lot to learn and I'm eager to do so.

My only social online contact is through Facebook, and then only when I get a notice that someone posted something for me. No Twitter, no Instagram - or anything else. UHH keeps me satisfied.

Occasionally I'll post a few images on Facebook, which are mostly promotional. But I mostly avoid FB and other social media because I've found them to be a real "time suck". I spend enough time on this and other forums.

I've never used Instagram. I always assumed that it is cell phone centric. You will find that a lot of photographers are very sensitive to how their images are displayed. This is why sites like 500px and JPGmag do so well. Flickr is a good resource, but many feel that there is no real dialogue. If you want a bunch of "likes" you go to Flickr, if you want solid feedback you go to other sites. Personally I know that this is not always the case. But it is great that there are so many options.
