Well, i must say i wasn't very clear on that was i? I'll be happy to post some photos of the lens if you'd like, but you can easily find them online. I was talking about photos taken with the lens.

Hi Tom, I've been using the older 11-16 for several years, no complaints. It does not give the magnification effect that some other wide angles do and you will see some barrel distortion at the edges at the short end. Everything in the middle looks great. I shoot mostly at 16, which is plenty wide for me most times. Minimal distortion at that end.
