This is the first time I have heard of it - thank goodness for YouTube!

1. No one appears to mention coincidences when the same old lame jokes pop up a day or so later!! Perhaps it is down to who posts it?

2. There was no answer there to my question either!!
Conspiracy theorists would suggest that America wants to keep Russia as a perceived enemy so the military continues getting massive budgets!

I don't know why I've never heard of this, but thank you for calling my attention to it. I have to admit that my reaction contains contradictory elements: 1) It's a beautiful piece of sculpture and a fitting memorial; 2) Why are Putin's name and likeness so prominently included? It may be the self-engrandizing element that caused the reduced fanfare.
