It was just windy enough that I couldn't use my Autoguider so I just shot these as-is.
Not much to look at with all the Light Pollution.
But I thought I would post something to show Jim & Sonny I'm just human.
Shot with the T2i Converted Camera & Meade 8" SCT.

I see they have perfected that time machine, then... Nice shots, especially looking through the wormhole to get them!

Very nice Craig! I especially like the first two. The Horse Head is a bit of a challenge!

Thank you very much DL, I was getting greedy about shooting Orion before it got well off the horizon.

Those are beautiful, Craig!

Hummm, maybe the wind was what was messing with me last night.
My pictures looked like we were having small earthquakes.
I only got two I saved. I'm really picky...

I think I really need to try my DSLR.
You say you are limited to ~600 seconds?

I have never tried shooting longer than 10 min Sonny.
I can not imagine needing to shoot even that long.
I usually get what I need at 360-480 sec at the longest.
Any longer and I just get a lot of noise.
So stacking is really the key to get the very best results.

Thank you very much Jim.
The Ring and Sonny, heh Dumbbell, were high (Sonny High)  and in clear skies.
The Flame and Horeshead were really low and in heavily polluted skies.
I just had to try on those 2.
