The Best of the Bees

Over this past summer, I've accumulated several photographs of bees. I went through them and selected what I thought were the best of the bunch and thought you might like to view them.

All were taken with either a Pentax K2000 or a K-50. Most were with either a SMC Pentax-M 50mm w/ reversing ring, a SMC Pentax-FA 50mm macro or a SMC Pentax-FA 100mm macro lens.

Each of these is absolutely beautiful and the downloads are great. Honey bees took over my hummingbird feeder this week and I've been fed up with them but you photos are making me like them again.

Wonderfully captured,Dewman! #1 is my favorite as it captured my attention right out of the gate. Its those dynamic primary colors all together and the bee's yellow body hairs making it all aglow and pop! Way to go!
