help posting photos

When ever I try to post a photo the upload times out.this happens with my phone and my laptop on a fast network.
Is there a setting or something I am missing

What size files are you trying to upload? Last I knew, there was a 20mb limit for uploads on the Hog. You can't upload three 7mb photos at the same time, for example. Anything less then that will take some time possibly, but should upload OK.
