Enchanted Hawaiian Beach....
Stopped along the road at this small beach and found it so beautiful with all the trees...
problem was, it started to rain and the wind and salt air did a job on my lens, so I had to doctor these up as best I could.
Hope you like!
Neat captures but I would not have thought Hawaii. They have a mysterious spooky sort of tone - probably because of the storm.

It did look very enchanted, maybe even a bit spooky especially with the wind blowing and salt air. I had a hard time trying to correct these shots Carol but I thank you for your visit and comments and glad you liked them!

I like these very much, especially the pp on #3, magical and mystical. Can you see the face watching you on the rock on #1? :-D
Enchanted shots too, Angela! Just beautiful, and you're going places with Topaz TE while I just sit here trying to figure it out. lol By the way, I think a headhunter dropped his prize along the path in #1. :-D

#3 is fantastic...love it!!
Even though I have visited Hawaii (very briefly, in the 1970's), you have shattered my memory that the beaches are lined with graceful, welcoming palm trees :)
Very cool shots, Angela. For #1 I wouldn't say enchanted so much as menacing! #3 is terrific; you are so good with your pp choices to bring a a certain mood and style.
I'd love to see #1 with the foreground rock cropped out and pp that suggests fanciful and friendly. You up for it? :)
Whose head is it stuck in the sand in that first shot, lol?
Nice series, Angela.
Nice set of beach shots Angela. I love to stop along the road past Hanalei at all the beaches. Such beautiful places to photograph. Last trip over we got to see Julia Roberts and her kids at the weekly locals food and craft show in Hanalei and Pierce Brosnan at this little sandwich shop in Princeville.

Quite imaginative, treatment on these. The first definitely seems to have a head buried in the sand, adding to the spooky feel of the picture.
Angela, My favorite is the first one! You just wonder what you are heading into! Did you see any Banyan trees? John
I love the slightly spooky atmosphere of these pictures, not a beach as I imagined Hawaiian beaches to be. #3 reminds me of an oil painting in a centuries old style.
