I am using a Canon G11 and have never had this problem before. I am getting horizontal lines through the images, both RAW and JPG. ISO 400. In Program mode.
Have you tried a different memory card?

I don't know what your problem is, however do you really want to post that document with personal information on it here? I would rethink that.

Ty a battery out reset of the camera to factory defaults.
It's really not important info.
How do you reset with the battery out?
Same problem with a different memory card
I did reset with the battery in the camera

Do you get the lines at other ISO settings, or other modes?
That's nuts. Just 400 ISO
Maybe its time for Canon, or another repair shop, to look at it.
This looks a bit like what happened before my Canon S 500 Elph went out. Lines and a purple tinge that expanded from the mid lower right. A much more basic sensor and camera. Never could find out what caused it, or as it was old, get a repair. No help, but good luck.

You also have some serious chromatic aberration.

I have never seen fine horizontal lines like this? I was going to suggest if you took 2 or more pictures back to back, that the last picture did not have time to download. But that produces a torn picture, but not lines like this. Where any OK in manual mode? David Camera data attached
