Two versions of the same shot. Taken with a Canon 5D and a nifty 50
Twin buttes 12x 36
B&W gets my vote . Nice shots
I usually like color, but I think this is better in B&W, great shot.
I like 'em both but prefer the crop on the bw.
Thanks guys. I have the B&W version on my wall. I am wondering what it would look like on metalic paper. Would it be a goog candidate for that?

Nary a clue . who does the printing for you ?
Have been using Bay photo. I really like them.
Very nice.. I am partial to B/W.
I have used Bay photo for Metallic prints.
Spectacular paper for color. Interesting to see some in B /W.

They really aren't "alive" until you see them in a good print.

Greetings,
I believe both photos together tell a great story. As I view them,
I keep switching from the B&W image to the color version. It seems to me that the whole is greater than either of the parts.
Thanks for these outstanding images. I'm going to start viewing some of mine in both modes thanks to your inspiration.
All the best,
Martin
P.S. I'm attaching a photo from my very first digital shoot. I used a Sony Mavica, the camera that got me hooked on digital imaging. The second photo was taken with a Canon G11 and post-processed with OnOne software. I call it "A New Hampshire Hallmark."
I like the B&W, seems more dramatic and suited to the subject matter
B&W is nice for me also.
