when I first learned about Benjamin Franklin, I have wanted to go to Philadelphia. I finally got to go. The first picture was taken in the courtyard behind Independence Hall We were waiting out turn to Take the tour when I glimpsed the reflection! This window would be the one immediately to The left of George Washington as he presided over the signing of the Constitution. The second is in Washington Square park at the memorial. I did not know there were so many unknown dead buried in the park, but the idea meant a lot to me. Also, I usually don't include people in my pictures, but the young lady seemed to complete the mood of the moment.
A great American - thanks for sharing!

2 very good shots Chicflat
Sometimes reflections draw our attention to the things that are important. Nice choice of B&W at the memorial. And yes, she does add to the moment.
