2 to 4 images focus-stacked at 4:1 mag. These are the first globular springtails of the year. I have been waiting for them to test myself with the mp-e 65. This is springtails eating other springtails :shock:

They must stay very still! Nice clear images.
I have always loved how stacked images emphasize the in-focus areas only, with the out-of-focus areas "banded". It's always clear that an image such as this was stacked due to the banding.

thanks everyone,these are the smallest springtails i have found,but still cant get one completely in focus with one shot with this magnification
