File saving options with a D7100

Update.... I set my 7100 to save loss-less nef &fine jpg to card 1 w/ 2 for overflow..... I set U1 for 3 shot autobracketing. I shot at a farmers market and in a old retail part of a Dallas suburb & wound up using 8 gigs of one of the 32 gig cards..... Looks like I may use different options depending on what I'm shooting based on the recommendations here.... Thanks to everyone who took time to post a comment....
