Every time I open Picasa it grabs every picture it can find on my PC. and puts it in Picasa. Is there any way around that? I only want the pictures that I'm working with in there.

Yes, right-click the file and note there are options for removing the folder. Don't delete, just "remove" :)

You can also go up to file - add folder to Picasa, and find removal options there, as well as having Picasa only scan a folder once, not every time you open the program.

Here I was thinking I was the only one having those problems, and didn't want to look like the 'idiot in front of the class' again after all these years being out of school.
