As a side note, my dear friend Russ is celebrating today also- 50th anniversary of his graduation from boot camp.

I realized too late to correct this I had made a huge math error- My deepest apologies to the Marines. I knew they were organized by the Continental Congress on Nov 10,1775. I really don't know why I didn't figure it out sooner that I was off by a hundred years. Believe me, I was calling myself all sorts of names when I recognized my mistake
