You can change the level of the house, if that's what you are asking. Because this is a thumb nail pic. it lacks resolution for a clear image after straitening, It should be ok using original photo.

Just put your picture up on Picasa, go to the straightening tool that's to the right of the crop tool. Using this tool can reduce the sharpness if you use it in excess. If you have a high resolution photo it will allow for a favorable adjustment. Just mess with it, you will get the hang of it. :thumbup:
