Geesus. You must be living a charmed life. I doubt many customers could make that same claim. Hell, it's almost impossible to get in touch with them to ask a simple question. Customer service has gone the way of the Do Do bird.

Nonconcur.
I've had occasional problems with all three - UPS, USPS, and Fedex, but none seriously worse than the others. As a percentage of packages/mail received, USPS may even be doing a little better than the others.
For all of that, the photo is a masterpiece of fun, funny, and a great departure from all the bellyaching we generally see!

Yes, that was a fun early morning start, thanks for the chuckle rray2002.

This is the truck that delivered my D-810 via Super Expedited delivery from B&H.

I have been using UPS for many years as well and have had only one problem with a package being taken from my front porch 15 + years ago, not their fault and the item was replaced right away by the vendor. We do a lot of shopping on-line these days and the UPS truck is up and down our street several times a day, sometimes even to another household. - Paul

And then there is USPS or better known as snail mail.
In my neighborhood, the USPS has begun delivering Amazon orders on Sundays. We now get the Prime second day stuff every day of the week. Need a hard to find ink cartridge for you photo printer?

In defense of our local USPS people, I disagree with the negative comments. Our people are helpful, cordial and eager to please. Our mail arrives daily in good condition. Their prices are rising, but are generally less than the commercial shippers for packages. If we could separate them from The Congress "management" they would get better!

There is no legitimate defense against widespread incompetence. And that is the hallmark of the USPS these days.

You have been lucky as far as USPS is concerned. UPS and FedEx are head and shoulders above USPS when it comes to reliable service.

Only problems I've had with USPS were in California and Florida. That's to be expected...

I'm not sure why you suggest incompetence is limited ("and to be expected) to those areas. I have never lived in either one of those states and I have experienced problems with USPS at least once a year over the last 5 years. They are constantly losing mail and placing the wrong mail in my box. Sucks big time. And they are constantly seeking additional federal handouts as if they deserve a reward for poor service.
