I've seen brown pelicans on the lake occasionally before - actually, white pelicans are more common there than brown - but I've not seen them dive & fish there before.

I initially only saw one brown pelican working the lake, but later there were at least 2, and might have even been a 3rd one - made for a busy photo opp.
Really nice! Love the juxtaposition of nature and city in the shots with the building in the background. Sure seems like this guy made a huge effort for just a tiny snack! :-D
