Fab set Doc, #1 is my favourite as I just love the detail in the wings. Looks like that new lens is doing its job :thumbup:

Thanks so much Earnest. I really enjoyed Texas until I jumped out of the car when I saw a species I was very interested in photographing and fell into a Pencil Cactus. I was pulling stickers out of my clothes and legs for two days. The guys I was with said "welcome to Texas. It will stick you, sting you or bite you."

Yeah Bob I give most of the credit to that new lens and the monopod with lets me get a better chance at the positioning of the shot that I had some trouble with using the tripod. I don't scare the critters as much either. Thanks for looking in and thanks for the compliment my friend.
