I just saw this ad on ebay, follow the link and express your opinions, theories, etc. This looks odd considering it is just a bit more than a new D7200.

It is grey market, no Nikon warranty. Square Trade warranty offered for more money.

Nikon USA will not touch it for repairs, recalls etc, even if you offer to pay.

Import, but you could still purchase and roll the dice you don't have to send it in before the warrantee goes out. Many do buy these! Good luck!

Their ebay rating is excellent. That says a lot. Any ebay member that has a good rating will do anything to keep it. They bend over backwards to keep their customers happy.

For that kind of savings, who cares about a warranty? I have never yet sent a camera in for warranty work. By the time any camera of mine needed work I was ready to move up to something bigger, better and newer anyway.

Read the link posted. E-Bay ratings are as skewed as Amazons.

This looks like a legit gray market offer to me. $1400 is what I would expect for a gray market D750 - $500 off (about 30%) for not getting a 1 year Nikon USA warranty. That's the savings range I look for when I buy gray market.

Also states IMPORT. From my experience these imports are the same as domestic but does not carry US warranties. I made purchases from the gray market and they are fine. Great savings.

Gray market only. Problem with repairs and for finding parts for the camera if needed. You would be on your own but then again what is $1400. There have been a couple of issues with the D750 and if no warranty be aware. But they have been resolved by now but older units one should be careful.
