I live near Dearborn Michigan with the largest Arab population outside of the middle east and did live there for 8 years. Several times I have read that Sharia law is in effect there, its not. It is a very law and order city and the home to Ford Motor company. I have know a lot of Muslims but have never met one that wanted Sharia law. I am sure there are a small number of nut jobs that want to change this country but they are a very small minority. I am against allowing more people from the middle east (or anyplace else) from emigrating here because it is not in the countries best interest.

As a conservative "Nut Job" I can tell you that I don't know one conservative who would not be appalled at the suggestion of a state sponsored or official state religion, it would be fought against just as hard as we fight against the tyranny of progressivism.
