I cannot receive email from several people. They have my email address right, but when they send out group emails, I don't receive them. I get them when they're forwarded to me, though. They're not going into Junk or any other folder. Any ideas?

Jerry, what email program are you using?
Is this true for all your computers, both Windows 8.1 & 10?
Are their emails failing to reach
only you or are others in the group sendings also not receiving?
Do
they receive a message that your email bounced or was rejected?
It is possible that the problem is on their end.

I use Windows Live Mail, and the others receive them. The email doesn't show up on the RoadRunner email page, either, so it just isn't getting here.
I'll look at those links.
EDIT: the first link refers to Outlook, and she doesn't use that.
I'll send her an email and see what happens.

Is your email coming from... being forwarded to you ...from a Google or Yahoo email account?
If so, it might be being filtered out (Spam, etc.) there, before it is passed on to Live eMail.

Have you checked your junk/spam folders?

The original email came from a Gmail account.

Did you access your Gmail account directly (that is, go to Google/Gmail/sign in/) and check in its Spam and Junk Mail folders?

Yes, but I seldom use my Gmail account, and there's usually very little there. The email I didn't receive was sent from Gmail to RoadRunner and then into Windows Live Mail. I'm going to give her a different email address and see if that works.
EDIT: I just realized that the two people who send group emails I don't receive both use Gmail - whatever that means. I get mail from lots of other Gmail people.
Might you have accidentally placed those email contacts on the "blocked senders' List"?

I'm trying to clarify... since the email you aren't receiving is addressed to your RoadRunner Account ...is that you have checked the Spam/Junk folders at
both RoadRunner online and the Live Mail client on your PC... and that they are both empty.
Browsing the internet finds that this occurs on occasion to many people at many different ISPs for many different suspected reasons that seem to spontaneously correct themselves after a few hours/days. And good luck getting any help at Google Mail, other than the online User Forum which Google may or may not monitor.

Yes, I've checked both RR and Windows, and both senders are allowed.

Some more stabs in the dark:
Do you actually know when the
first failure to receive occurred?
Did you or your sender make any PC changes that match up with the start of the sporadic failure to receive?
Were the emails you
do receive from the other sender, sent to you as single emails and not part of a Group send?
Were the failed emails original emails or Forwards?
Might... for some unknown reason ...your email address in her Group send contain an error in the address that isnt in the single address?
Does she have and use more than one Group address collection depending on the subject of her emails?
I use several different Groups as some do not want any emails on claimed conspiracies or XXX or political or joke emails, etc.
Your address might actually not be in one or more.
