It's actually been autumn here for the last month or so, but who cares about all those boring details. All I know is the air is cooler and the grass crunches underfoot.
The wife and I like taking a walk on this side of the valley because it's easier to walk on and you can see any obstacles (people shooting, predators, or even a pissed off bull) from far away. The sun was in and out that day, but it still was a great day for a stroll.
Walking west toward the Flint Creek Range of the Rocky Mountains.

What a beautiful place, Mark! Very nice shots! So sorry for your loss of Maggie.
Hi Sue, thanks for looking and the comments. It was a tough decision with Maggie, but there comes a time when quality of life comes into play and it would have been selfish of us to let her suffer any longer. I still see her from time to time, but I'm sure it's just my mind playing tricks.

Looks like you and your two friends are enjoying your stroll. You might want to google Rainbow Bridge - it is comforting to know Maggie is where she's happy.
Hi Annie-Get-Your-Gun, yes, we had a fun walk and thanks for the info on Rainbow Bridge.
