As much detail as possible is helpful, computer model, Windows version, and do you use Windows to burn DVD-s or another software package such as Nero. Also, have you done upgrades recently?

I have a Dell computer and running Windows 7 Home Premium. I sometimes use Picasa to edit and i haven't done any upgrades lately. I always do the updates like Adobe Reader if that matters.

As i remember, it just says "The CD failed to burn, be sure to check your computer for the latest Firmware".

As a side, the easiest way to help those trying to help you is to give them as much detail as possible, typically walking through the steps.

For example, can you imagine the mechanic who asks what's wrong and you say, It doesn't work. It's the same with computers - specifics help.

When I click on the program XYZ
A message pops-up on the screen
It says: (and write it word for word)

Hope this helps! S-
