Good shots! We had one one summer who would perch on our fireplace chimney and sing continuously. One day I observed him fly straight up about 30 feet, come down and perch on the chimney again without missing a note in his song :-)

Elegant, lovely Mockingbird. The only time I cannot love them is when they choose to sing at night. Right outside my window and I cannot do anything about it. Otherwise .

Hi Carolyn thank you for the visit and the kind words. Even when their singing gets late, or early, I can love them. Of course I can also turn down my hearing aids!
