This is one of those alleged get rich quick schemes that you should run, not walk, as fast as you can in the opposite direction from.
The language patterns are all wrong for someone who is supposedly living in the United States.
I had a niece who got roped into one of these schemes, and she lost quite a bit of money that she couldn't afford to lose, before we revealed the scam to her.
The catch is, is that the scammer asks you to keep their secret until it's too late to recover your lost money.

Ah yes. And as I gain in experience (that is, get older) my camera suffers from shudders more and more. The tripod and monopod have become my close companions.
