My camera did not get ANY good shots of the blood moon last night. Two people have told me this short video was 'good'. It is way to 'grainy' for me. But, I probably won't be around in 20 years when the next comes, so I thought I'd better share this years.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4AnEXjK047cThat's how the moon looked to me. I couldn't get a picture of it either. However, later in the evening, during and after the eclipse, I was able to get some - and again, I took some more this evening. I don't know how they came out yet. I'm using a Tamron 18-270mm lens on a crop sensor camera.
Consider yourself lucky. It was raining and cloudy here - did not even see the moon.

Wasn't raining here but it was overcast. Couldn't get a photo of it, either. But I figured, 'what the hell, there will be millions of pictures of it anyway'. UHH is inundated with super moon pictures which I figured would happen.
