Spent some time in DC last week. Not many pictures to post though. Extremely hard to get anything with no people involved.

I can see what's important in your life GHS58. Mine too. The backlit American Flags are truly effective.

Thanks Bob. I never had the privilege to serve, but have always respected and admired those who did. After our visit to the war memorials in DC, I am deeply moved by the tremendous service that our men and women have rendered to us as a country. I am also deeply saddened by the way our flag is treated and the actions I have observed in gatherings where the national anthem is played. I think we have lost our way as a great nation. I hope and pray that my grandchildren will see better days ahead.
