This reminds me of the song that mentions how we can't please everyone so you gotta please yourself. This monkey was doing just that, I suppose. Does the camera belong to him?? If not, then he was just being a brat and should have been detained for stealing/taking/making off someone else's camera. If the camera is his, then the photo is too, I'd rule.

They do say possession is 9/10's of the law. And if you think this is bad, just wait until they are all granted complete citizenship!!! Think what will happen then!!!!

I think there is something more sinister going on here. If PETA can convince a court that a monkey can indeed own the copyright of a photograph, then that monkey would have one of the same rights as a human being. PETA will have a legal precedence for any future court cases that will argue equal rights for animals.

Now that wasn't nice, what's this ape ever done to you?


My goal in life is to videotape my ex mother in laws autopsy.
She went in for open heart surgery a couple years ago, and to this day still can't find her heart!
