Like wayne-03 says the original un edited would be the best to work with...however given what you have given us...here is a start. Your edited version has blurred areas that should have been kept in focus...

Here is what I personally would have done with this image. Cut out with Topaz Remask, then add a digital background, add some space to top and left side of image for improved composition . . . voila!

HI Here is my effort, I changed the background by using a mask with your picture on top to remove your background, I also removed the table top and added a wooden rail and then I added a filter from Smart photo Editor.
