Hi,

I am looking a Canon A1400 or even an A1300 used camera in good condition. This camera originally sold for just under $100., but has been discontinued.

If anyone knows where I might find one of these little gems, please let me know. However, I do not want to pay more than the camera originally sold for.

Amazon has Canon A1300s in used condition for $98 and A1400s in used condition for $99. New A1400s are available from Amazon for $335.

Yes, I did check Amazon, but I also found 2 on Craigslist; however, I could not get the people on Craig's to respond. Both cameras were listed at about $45.

Yes, I'm looking for a good deal, but maybe I'll have to "bite the bullet" and spend $99.

You mentioned the "New" A1400 at $335. I saw that too, but didn't realize that it was a "New" product. The price is substantially higher than the one I'm looking for. Do you know why?

And, can you recommend a similar P&S camera in a similar price range - with VIEW FINDER !!!
