Luminasia from L.A. Co. Fair, CA 09-07-2015

This year we rented a Scooter for me for the very first time so I could ride around with a lot less knee pain and concentrate on photography. We actually were there on Labor Day, not or original plan but things just kept coming up. We went in the evening because I mainly wanted to photograph the Chinese Luminasia lanterns display. I went last years as well but was more ready for it this time.

I used my Pentax K-5 Camera, and a rarity for me, my smc-Pentax DA* 16-50mm F 2.8 pricey Zoom Lens. I was shooting at either ISO 800 or 1600, f/5.6 to f/8, Spot Meter, Spot Focus, Av (Aperture Priority), and a rarity again for me AF. Here are a few of the best ones. All at jpg 150 resolution though (not my archived processed psd 300 files).

Thanks. I actually got up and stood and walked a little for some of them. Had to for others.

Thank you everyone so far. :-)

Is my Post showing listed in say the archived Digest list of Topics you get say by email? I don't see it except initially as a new Upcoming Topic. I can only link to it via My Topics. Odd (to me).
