This is a tomb at Sleepy Hollow Cemetery. It is a hollowed out bolder that was brought to the site and then placed inside it was a copper lining and a coffin containing the remains.
It's a very intersting story about how it came to be but it certainly is unique.

Have any unique graves - please post them.

I will share this Grave Statue, that I shot in Elmwood Cemetery, Memphis, TN March 2012

Have updated my photo site address several times, appears correct in my profile, but keeps showing up on replies with old address, that's the reason for my corrected site address affixed above the photo. If anyone can solve the problem for me, please do so

not sure this will work but in your profile, delete what is there now, click the update general info button. Leave profile and look at a post to see for sure that nothing is showing, go back to profile and re enter what you want to show, being sure to click the update button before you leave the profile page.

I'm guessing now that the site needs to flush the cache and then it will show correctly. Give it a few hours, should be an automatic thing although I don't understand why it won't update for you. You've done what you can do for now I think.

edit: and now it's working!!!

I found this old grave site in Colchester Ct. I thought the carved faces were very interesting.
