Long Exposure with cheap ND plastic (glass)

So - I picked up a bridge camera (Panasonic FZ200) a few weeks ago ... and been playing with it - takes an awesome shot (f2.8 right thru 600 mm zoom) ... anyways bought some $30 ND 'glass' from Amazon ... to mess with ... once get rid of color cast - the pic came out quite cool?

It is an old argument: a great photo is the result of the skills of a good photographer . Excellent shot.

using gear to the limitations of its components yields great results.
As long as you do not ask your gear to produce beyond its capabilities you will ensure success.
