Most roller coaster type rides do not have on board brake system. It would be designed for a max. speed to remain on the rail. I would be more worried about two-four legged creatures that don't read signs, get in the way, where a on board brake system would be a moot point. This would be not much different then zip lining. :thumbup: :thumbup:

I see your point, although on a roller coaster you are in a vehicle of some sort which is usually on two rails. As you say, however, at least there is no worry about deer strikes as well as debris on the track. That person had to be going at least as fast as a downhill skier. ;) ;)
