I lost my license key to the collection and can't seem to get help from topaz labs.sadly, I never entered it with other purchases on my acct page. I have purchased a new computer and wish to transfer. I ask for serious responses on how I might do this. I have tried the disk transfer with no luck. Would truly appreciate any help.

Your best bet if you didn't keep your license keys may be to continue trying to reach Topaz. Sometimes I have had to wait several days for a reply, and once I had to submit multiple requests but eventually I've gotten my issues solved. They aren't fast responders in my experience.

I do not know how to get the numbers back out of the software itself but perhaps someone does.

Ty minniev. There was communication for awhile. But none now for 4 or 5 days. They wanted to remotely access my computer. I had questions but never got a response.

They have always been very responsive with me. Never had any problems.
Can you do a search in your email by typing in topaz labs?

Were your original plug-in purchases done by download? I have an account on their site and was able to just go there and download a second set to my new computer. Though now that I think about it, I can't recall if the license key was on that site

I had same experience with their customer service as you - for a separate problem I experienced. A couple of replies from "Ryan" with suggestions - which didn't work - then ignoring my follow up requests. In fact, I even got an email saying since they hadn't heard from me, they were closing the issue. I wrote again, but nada. I am very disappointed with their service.

as stated previously, I did not load the license key for this purchase. my purchase was before impressions and glow (which I purchased separately) and didnt have a clue then that I should. what i think is the key has 25 instead of 30 digits. wondering if that was prevalent before they added glow and impressions. yet another question gone unanswered.

I have 3 Topaz filter programs. I lost the keys. I contacted them by email with info from my order acknowledgement email and within a day they sent me all three keys.

You just can't say something, you should attempt to prove it.

I have a whole folder loaded with confirmation emails for my on-line purchases back a few years.

FWIW:

I just tried the Topaz Labs site this morning, after logging in I tried viewing my account and received a page full of SQL errors from their site - after logging back in a few minutes later I was able to retrieve all my license numbers with no errors.

Also: I use Evernote religiously to clip web pages and save & organize information - my email receipts for any software are saved within Evernote and are always searchable and available if I need them. It has saved me several times.

Licence keys are stored on your PC. Try Licence Crawler from above link it usually finds what your looking for.

Agree that the help and support at Topaz is great. All my purchase keys are kept on their site under my account page. My initial purchase of the Complete Collection was at Photoshop World and was on a DVD. Upon request, they were able to add my key from the CD jacket to my account page for future reference.
