Sent the wrong image for the 40x objective. Using two different computers to tether the Nikon and had a old phart moment.
The next image is shot with the 100x oil immersion objective. It was shot dry rather than through the immersion oil. Haven't tried using oil yet, so that's something to try later on.
Finally a 100% crop from the 100x objective. The width of the image is about 35 microns.
It is my intention to use these various images as scales to measure the size of objects shot though the scope. We'll see how that works.
