This is at the north entrance of the park..so many fires that even this national treasure will not escape them.

It is a damn shame to see all the destruction a fire can cause, good picture.

I agree. I've been this close to a wildfire. It's one I'll never forget and hopefully never experience again.

This is an excellent picture that demonstrates how destructive the fires have been this year. The good news is that this destruction will bring forth new life in the coming years and that the beauty of these areas will return.
