Is she going to be the trainer? If so, I'd sign up, but that's just a stock photo that they hoped would attract people (men). :D

So it is in all advertising these days. Hamburgers don't sell but bikini babes with BBQ sauce dribbling down their boobs will sell them. Those gals stretched out on the hood of a new car sell the cars. That men's cologne doesn't smell the same in the store as it does on TV when a shiny haired, muscle ripped hunk of man walks in the moonlight with some adoring over-endowed female. Sex appeal sells curb appeal...

So what do you want? A fat ugly old man in a walker? A pimply underweight 12 year old… or a healthy person who is obviously accomplished in some field. She isn't a runway model, or a bimbo, she is well groomed and fit and there are a few people in the world who are attractive and accomplished. I like the front woman with a uniform ( healthy) then, a similar reflection behind with the stethoscope more pronounced, then the the third a man of similar physical characteristics...with another hint at another type of uniform…. its asking for volunteers, I think it tells the story quite well of who they need to apply.

I am betting after someone exactly like her shows up to drag your butt up an embankment, and still have something left over to pump your heart…. you'll not care what she looks like, but you will be glad the senior citizen with the O2 tank and walker didn't make the trip.

Now other then the fact that she is obviously out of your leagues, what pray tell is being sold by sex here? WHere is the bikini/ the lace underwear, Is it her straight teeth? The obvious hint at puritan cleavage?? is it the heavy mane of hair pulled back in an alluring bun that is getting you/ LOL Frankly, in this case, and generally i agree with the OP's other observations in things, I would argue that all of your assessments are uncomfotably a bit sexist itself.
