Anyone know how I can check the compatibility of my computer drivers so I can update them before installing Win 10?
I went to the MS site and got a link for my Intel i7 processor & Intel graphics already but I want to check all current drivers.
Win 10 is itching to install so I unchecked "Install Updates Automatically."

Unless you have some really special, old, or arcane hardware in your system, Win10 should install updated drivers for your system components. Its Plug and Play technology will search the web for updated drivers and install them as needed, IF it can find them.
Now, some monitor calibrator, printer, and scanner manufacturers might not have their drivers up to date, or might not EVER update them, and that's their way of saying, "Time to buy a new one!" ColorVision, HP, and Epson are famous for abandoning older devices after about five years. Once their engineering departments move away from a technology, the updates cease coming.
So, if you have outboard devices, check the manufacturers' web sites for notes about compatibility, driver downloads, etc.

I thought I had responded but I guess it got lost when someone came by the house. Anyway, I thank you for your reply. Knowing windows will automatically update most/many of my drivers is a comfort.
That's good advice about checking the drivers on my externals. I have about 5 or 6 HDs.
As I mentioned, I have a Samsung Tv/Monitor connected via HDMI, so I don't know how that will work out with drivers. We'll see.
Meanwhile, I will wait patiently for all the bugs to be worked out before I let it install.
PS I just saw my original reply. It was unfinished because someone came to my door. Not that it matters.
You could go to your computer Manufacturers web site and download the latest win10 drivers from there or if you have a custom built computer then you will need to find the drivers for the individual components in the same way. You may not need them but it is good to have them.

Thanks AlTheMan and Warrior. Both good suggestions which I definitely will check into.

From what you've presented here, you should have no problems with USB or SATA and eSATA drives. And your video is standard INTEL Integrated system so the drivers are available and automatically downloaded during the WIN10 installation process.
The complications typically come from secondary supplier add-ons like video cards and interface cards, but you have none of these so you should be fine in your upgrade to WIN10.
As NIKE says: JUST DO IT.
