Went to Fort Williams with the boys today. We were just sitting there playing with the smooth rocks and one bicycle after another appeared and headed straight for the water. We witnessed the end of a California to Maine cycling trek.They were from Fullerton College in Fullerton CA and reaching the Atlantic was the end of their journey. If I overheard correctly, it was something they had decided to do upon graduation.

He just stood there lost in thought

We also took a tour of the restored US Customs House in an elaborate building that sits on the main street running along the water front
